Tracy Cowan
Tracy is a licensed Sales Associate with Blue Sky Realty of SWFL specializing in residential property management. After spending nearly 30 years as an optometrist in the Chicago area, she began a new chapter in real estate in 2023, helping property owners successfully manage their investments. Tracy believes great property management involves more than collecting rent and coordinating repairs—it’s about building relationships, communicating openly, and being there when needed.
